diameter sufficient to carry the load and long lasting capacity of nut at full speed. - Motor & Gear box : Imported made Gear box. Gear box is oil free. Gear box is sufficient to carry
the maximum machine capacity load. Motor is coupled with gear box. - Speed range : Speed is controlled by close loop vector system and speed range is
50–500mm/min. No need to change speed at the time of testing. Speed direct select from the profile.
Speed is selectable with help of variable AC drive. - Machine capacity : Maximum machine capacity: 500kgf Machine structure capacity suitable upto
700kgf - Load cell mounting : The load cells ADI Make permanently mounted .
- Safety : Load cell safety, negative load sensing facility to protect the load cell. Additional safety on
over load and over extension. Mechanical safety with help of limit switches. - Calibration : User can cross check calibration at any time. User friendly very easy calibration facility
also provided to calibrate the machine at customer end also. NABL calibration certificates are
providing with the instrument. - Test accessories supply with the Tensile Tester : Extensiometer,Roller self tightening grips.
