MDR Prime has been engineered to match international standards and is comparable with leading global brands, German/USA-manufactured MDR systems in terms of technology, components, and performance.

The system incorporates a high-precision torque sensor from Interface Inc., directly mounted on the upper die. This configuration ensures lossless torque measurement. In many conventional designs, the torque sensor is mounted on the lower shaft, which can introduce torque losses and lead to fluctuations in repeatability, particularly when testing soft compounds with low torque values.

MDR Prime has been designed with superior fit and finish, developed specifically for export markets and refined through valuable feedback from Indian customers. The machine delivers highly accurate and consistent results comparable to imported international machines.

The development of MDR Prime is the result of extensive research and continuous improvement, building upon over 15 years of experience manufacturing the MDR Basic model and addressing its operational limitations.
